Job Summary:

The Agile Delivery Manager is a key role within FinXL IT Professional Services, responsible for the successful delivery of projects and initiatives across various domains. This position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in a delivery capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programs and projects on behalf of the Data Office, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Utilize project management artifacts to ensure accurate forecasting, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
  • Identify business impacts resulting from project implementation and proactively manage them.
  • Support delivery teams with resource allocation, reporting, and financial management.
  • Resolve program/project/squad issues and disputes while maintaining constructive working relationships.
  • Deliver financial submissions and updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and delivery capacity.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills for engagement with senior management.
  • Contract negotiation and management skills for fixed price and T&M based contracts.
