Our industrial branch in Virginia is seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our fast-paced team.
- Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, revenue, and branch operations;
- Providing expert guidance on a range of products, including castors, trolleys, and conveyors;
- Conducting product demonstrations and offering tailored recommendations to meet customer needs;
- Leading, developing, and managing a small team across customer service and warehouse functions;
- Maintaining high standards of stock control, merchandising, and store presentation;
- Handling quotes, orders, and administrative tasks with accuracy;
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Branch or Retail Management;
- Strong background in B2B or industrial sales environments;
- Excellent communication skills with customers from trades to senior management;
- Technically minded with a willingness to learn a specialised product range;
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage both strategic and hands-on tasks;
