  • Your key responsibility will be to support your colleagues and maintain a positive work environment
  • You will work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, adhering to health and safety protocols

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for providing care and support to older adults
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - highly desirable but not essential
