Job Description:

The Event Coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the driving force behind creating memorable events, this individual will oversee restaurant operations, coordinate events, and ensure every detail is meticulously executed.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth running of restaurant operations
  • Coordinate events to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless event execution

 

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a team
  • Strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach
  • Preparedness to work across multiple outlets, including café service, events, and large functions
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Service-focused with dedication to achieving exceptional customer experiences
  • Maturity and reliability with a willingness to train and develop a young team
  • Bubbly and energetic personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
