About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Hudson.

This role is responsible for assisting in the design development and planning of civil works, coordinating with supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, scoping, cost estimation, and budget allocation;
  • IDentify design and constructability issues and provide efficient solutions;
  • Manage procurement of materials and liaise with clients, communities, councils, and service authorities;
  • Oversee health and safety on site and ensure quality assurance and compliance;
  • Incorporate client and stakeholder requirements into project plans;
  • Monitor and report construction progress for adherence to project plans.
About You

You will be an experienced Civil Construction Project Coordinator with a Degree qualification. Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise and problem solve are essential.
