About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Capital Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing multiple projects across Tasmania, including the Ulverstone STP Upgrade, Smithton Sewage Pump Station Upgrade, and Burnie RC Trunk Main Renewal.


Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects to deliver quality outcomes to our clients. This will involve managing project teams, overseeing quality control, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably on large infrastructure projects;
  • Relevant project management accreditation, such as AIPM, PMBOK, or PMP;
  • A strong understanding of construction principles in a multi-discipline contracting environment;
  • A high level of business and commercial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis skills;
  • Civil engineering qualification and significant engineering experience, particularly in design, construction, and commissioning;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships.

Salary


The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
