
Senior Customer Service Professional

As a senior customer service professional, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and stakeholders on site. You will work closely within a supportive and energetic team to deliver quality, end-to-end experiences to a diverse range of customers.
Collaborative and proactive in your approach, you will take ownership of processes to ensure timely service and positive outcomes for both customers and business. Key responsibilities include managing escalated queries from customers, processing customer orders, running daily reports and conducting data analysis via SAP and Excel, liaising with the broader team on pricing and availability, and coordinating deliveries with customers and dispatch teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office 365. Additionally, they should have high attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills.
