Job Description

We are seeking a professional to provide quality customer service and support to clients in a high volume and challenging work environment.

  • Submit well-researched, comprehensive reports along with sound recommendations for consideration by senior decision-makers.
  • Identify and escalate more serious client issues to management and provide operational support to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial meetings with clients and interested parties both in the office or in the client's home.

This includes developing relationships with external stakeholders through attendance at meetings and hearings to achieve desired outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly acts and charters.
  • Familiarity with national standards for services.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations while being sensitive to client needs.
  • Active listening skills and well-developed professional communication skills.
  • Sound experience and advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly developed work organization skills with the capacity to set meaningful priorities within a changing environment.
