
Senior Customer Experience Professional

The role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Customer Service Team as a Senior ASSIST Officer.
About the Position:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, requests, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with ASSIST Officers to provide support and coaching, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service across the Council.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for customer service support, contributing to their continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in front-line customer service and/or within a contact center environment.
- Ability to build team morale and rapport, and assist with information distribution and team performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
