Sales Territory Manager

Leverage your sales and account management expertise to drive business growth in the QLD region, servicing the Sunshine Coast area.
This key role reports to the State Manager QLD and offers the opportunity to manage a thriving territory and work with some of the industry's most trusted clients and partners.
- Expand relationships with wholesale channel partners, electrical contractors, and end users.
- Identify and drive new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and account management experience.
- Sound product knowledge (ideally in electrical or trade-related fields).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform business planning.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organised.
- Current Australian driver's licence and flexibility to travel within the Sunshine Coast.
