Our amazing client is one of the leading specialty coffee roasters in the country. They have a Cupping Room built to SCAA standards, specialise in both small batch and large scale roasting, practice ethical sourcing from origin, and as importantly, provide 1st class customer service and support.

We’re searching for a Territory Manager for the Sunshine Coast region (QLD) who is motivated to succeed and be part of a great company that values its people and clients, equally.

**The Role**:
If successful, you will be working as a Territory Manager in a field-based position covering the Sunshine Coast region. Your primary focus is to grow your existing portfolio by acquiring new business(80%), in addition to working collaboratively with your existing clients (20%) to support them and help them grow their sales. You will have the close support from the wider team who will back you all the way to ensure your succeed in this position.

Reporting to a dynamic National Sales Manager (based in Sydney) who’s well in-tuned with the specialty coffee market in Australia, this role will be a rewarding position which offers long-term job security, career growth, great base salary with company car, healthy commissions and the opportunity to be part of a determined and passionate team of professionals.

**You**:
You will have demonstrated ability in the following criteria to be successful:

- Proven experience in coffee sales (highly desirable, or territory management experience selling products into cafes).
- Understand and analyse your territory to identify areas for growth.
- Ability to build genuine relationships.
- Great communicator with ability to influence change.
- Passionate and driven to succeed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- Must have current driver's licence.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
