About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Sanitarium Health Food Company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, growth, and consumer love for the Weet-Bix brand across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Storytelling: Develop and implement effective communication and media plans to deliver on key market share and brand health measures.
- Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy to drive consumer impact and commercial success.
- New Product Launches: Lead the development and launch of new products, building strong connections across the business and with key customers.
- Campaigns: Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
- Financial Performance: Track brand performance against financial objectives and manage the marketing budget.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
