Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our sales team in Sydney as a Reservation Agent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with planning and booking reservations, providing quotes, and proactively communicating with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with planning and booking reservations
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgets
  • Assist with planning itineraries by suggesting attractions and options available at destination
  • Work with scheduling and operations team to utilize available resources effectively
  • Proactively communicate with new and existing customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in reservations is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
