Experienced Payroll Officer Wanted

This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to work with a global business.

About the Role:

  • Manage Australian and New Zealand Payroll operations
  • Work two days per week, with Tuesday being mandatory
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule: one day in the office and one day working from home

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-end payroll processing using HR3 (approximately 150 employees)
  2. Weekly payroll processing
  3. Calculate superannuation and taxation
  4. Manage new starters and terminations
  5. Conduct payroll reconciliations
  6. Process payroll accruals and journals
  7. Update systems and procedures

Required Skills:

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Good working knowledge of payroll systems (ideally ADP, CHRIS21, HR3, Sage or Micropay)
