We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our end-to-end weekly payroll function for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the weekly payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Maintain accurate data in our payroll and time and attendance systems, ensuring legislative and award compliance.
  • Process and reconcile superannuation contributions, STP2, payroll tax, and other related payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and leaders, responding to payroll queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide payroll-related information and support business decision-making.
  • Support audits, both internal and external, and provide ad-hoc payroll reporting as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external providers.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Payroll or completed Payroll Courses for AU and NZ.
  • Experience with Micropay and Dayforce (Time and Attendance System) is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in processing payroll for New Zealand is essential.
  • Legislative and award compliance knowledge, with the ability to interpret relevant awards and legislation for AU and NZ.
