About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our end-to-end weekly payroll function for Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the weekly payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting.
- Maintain accurate data in our payroll and time and attendance systems, ensuring legislative and award compliance.
- Process and reconcile superannuation contributions, payroll tax, and other related payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and leaders, responding to payroll queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with month-end processes, including annual and long service leave provisions, bonus payments, and payroll tax.
- Manage Payroll Service Point queries and provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to provide information that supports business decision-making.
- Support audits, both internal and external, and provide accurate and timely information as required.
About You
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Certificate or Diploma in Payroll or completed Payroll Courses for AU and NZ.
- Experience with Micropay and Dayforce (Time and Attendance System) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in processing payroll for New Zealand is essential.
- Legislative and award compliance knowledge, with the ability to interpret relevant awards and legislation for AU and NZ.
