Job Description

As a full-time Worksafe Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-risk training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key aspects of the role include assessing learner competence against unit of competency outcomes using a range of assessment methods and tools, maintaining accreditation standards by ensuring all training and assessment activities meet relevant industry body requirements, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure currency and relevance of training content, and contributing to the development of new training products and services that meet emerging industry needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Develop and deliver high-risk training programs in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess learner competence against unit of competency outcomes, using a range of assessment methods and tools.
  • Maintain accreditation standards by ensuring all training and assessment activities meet the requirements of relevant industry bodies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure currency and relevance of training content.
