Commercial Contracts and Estimating Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing commercial builder that delivers high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across South East Queensland.

About The Role
  • We're looking for a driven Commercial Contracts Administrator / Estimator to join a close-knit team working across a range of commercial interiors projects.

You'll work alongside an experienced delivery and pre-construction team, with plenty of variety in your day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contracts Administration:
    • Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier packages
    • Supporting project teams with cost reporting and forecasting
    • Assisting with progress claims, variations, and procurement
    • Ensuring contract compliance and project documentation is up to date
  • Estimating Support:
    • Assisting with take-offs and pricing for commercial fit out and refurb tenders
    • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
    • Helping prepare tender submissions and scope reviews
About You
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a CA or dual CA/Estimating role
  • A background in commercial construction, ideally fit out and refurbishment
  • Solid attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with estimating and project software (e.g., Buildsoft, Procore, Excel)
