This is a job opportunity for a skilled Contract Professional to support the delivery of upcoming commercial projects.

  • We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in contract administration to manage head and subcontractor contracts.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves working closely with the Project Manager and site team from tender through to project completion.

About This Role:

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator and proven experience on commercial new build projects ($10M+).

  • They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • A strong understanding of contract law and procedures is essential for this role.

We offer a Brisbane office-based role with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage head and subcontractor contracts
Administer variations, progress claims, RFIs, and procurement
Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control
