Job Title: Commercial Contract Coordinator

This role is part of a large commercial head contractor who deliver projects including commercial buildings, schools and industrial warehouses.

The successful applicant will be involved in the following key responsibilities:

  • Writing scopes of works
  • Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
  • Involvement with monthly cost reports

Key Skills Required:

  • A proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
