About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our field sales team in a 12-month fixed contract term. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing new and existing trusted partnerships with our Corporate Accounts customer base, supporting their clinical experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve agreed sales and GP budgets and other KPI's.
  • Develop close relationships with key accounts, anticipate future needs, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Customer Care.
  • Report and analyze sales data.
  • Work effectively with Supplier/Branch/Product Specialists to develop sales within the territory.
  • Monitor and maintain consignment and sample stock.
  • Identify and communicate with managers on issues affecting customer service to clients.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with market trends and new technology.
  • Represent Henry Schein at relevant exhibitions, study groups, and open days.
Requirements
  • Experience as a trusted partner in dental sales or dental industry experience and a strong motivation to move into a sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Analytical abilities with business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Confident with product presentations and workshops.
  • High level of computer skills.
  • Reporting and sales analysis skills.
