As a leading global logistics provider, we seek an expert in quality and safety to collaborate closely with our management team to ensure operational and engineering excellence. The successful candidate will drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

The Quality and Safety Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of all required quality, safety, and environmental processes and procedures. This includes participating in the oversight of the process lifecycle for Defence and Corporate Contracts related quality, safety, and environmental hazards and occurrences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing quality and safety management support within an aviation or Defence environment. A Lead Auditor qualification, Cert/Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and/or Aviation Management are highly desirable.

Apart from your professional qualifications and experience, you will need:

  • ISO9001 Quality Management and CASA Part 119/Part 145 Safety Management System knowledge
  • Proven experience leading audits and coordinating external audit activities
  • Experience developing and facilitating quality and safety training
