Homelessness Forum Coordinator

This is a temporary full-time position located in Preston, close to public transport. The role will take a collective impact approach to establish partnerships and service models to address homelessness in the community.

About the Role

The Homelessness Forum Coordinator will work with internal and external services to establish partnerships to address homelessness. Key responsibilities include identifying and removing service barriers, advocating for a collaborative approach, and planning and delivering homelessness forums/roundtable training and discussions.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in a related field or extensive relevant work experience. Strong working knowledge of housing and homelessness service systems and provision is also essential.
