About the Opportunity

As a specialist in workplace diversity and inclusion, you will play a key role in driving organisational change and creating a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and address social disadvantage and other diversity and access issues.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in fields relevant to diversity and inclusion and gender equity work.
  • Experience in gender equity and/or diversity, equity and inclusion and/or social services and/or organisational development.
  • Ability to educate and advocate on social disadvantage and other diversity and access issues.
