Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to lead our Social Inclusion and Engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping programs that promote social, cultural, and financial wellbeing across diverse communities.

This dynamic role requires strong community engagement skills, the ability to design and deliver inclusion-focused programs, and a deep understanding of cultural diversity, accessibility, and participatory design approaches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Communities Research Program and advisory committee, co-designing and implementing social inclusion strategies and programs that improve accessibility.

By building trusted relationships with CALD communities, leaders, service providers, and key stakeholders, you will advocate for inclusive policies and practices across networks.

Key responsibilities include developing frameworks to measure impact, sharing insights that shape future initiatives, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.
