Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist LGBTIQA+ diversity and inclusion expertise and leadership within Social Mission and Community Engagement Departments
  • Support the development of policies, procedures, and programs that promote LGBTIQA+ inclusion and equity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address LGBTIQA+ issues and concerns
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance LGBTIQA+ awareness and understanding
  • Provide support and resources to employees who identify as LGBTIQA+

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in social work, community development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in working with diverse communities, particularly those affected by LGBTIQA+ issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
