About the role We're seeking a Social Inclusion and Engagement Lead to shape and deliver initiatives that improve the social, cultural, and financial wellbeing of our customers and communities.

You'll join an innovative team who are passionate about strengthening inclusion, reducing barriers, and creating meaningful connections with the diverse communities we serve.

As our Social Inclusion and Engagement Lead, your focus will be on multiculturalism.

You'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that support safe, equitable and inclusive access to our roads, products and services.

Day-to-day, you will: Lead our Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Communities Research Program and advisory committee Co-design and implement social inclusion strategies and programs that improve accessibility Build trusted relationships with CALD communities, leaders, service providers, and key stakeholders Advocate for inclusive policies and practices across Transurban and partner networks Develop frameworks to measure impact and share insights that shape future initiatives This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Strong community engagement and stakeholder relationship skills Proven experience designing and delivering inclusion or equity-focused programs Deep understanding of cultural diversity, accessibility, and participatory design approaches Confidence influencing and advocating for change with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills that engage a wide range of audiences If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
