The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic people leader who can motivate and develop staff to achieve their personal best. You'll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring hands-on approach and innovative solutions in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals.

Your expertise in team leadership, empathic support, stakeholder management, business development, quality & compliance, and administration will be crucial in thriving in this role.

  • You'll pay attention to quality, WHS, and NDIS compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A background in Disability Services with leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The demonstrated ability to engage, communicate, and build partnerships with a diverse range of people.
