Key Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural projects from Schematic Design to Contract Administration.
  • Develop a clear understanding of client requirements and manage project teams, programmes, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Liaise with clients for all project aspects.
  • Manage design and documentation to a high standard.
  • Prepare briefs, sketches, BIM modelling, drawings, presentations, schedules, specifications, reports, and opinions of costs.
  • Lead team management and project performance management, including planning, monitoring, reviewing, and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in architecture or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project initiation, planning, and execution.
  • Strong skills in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organisation and coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
