As a seasoned Investment Manager, you will drive growth through strategic acquisitions. The role is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities that align with our business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source suitable investment opportunities to meet our business objectives
  • Evaluate investment prospects, generating key outputs for effective assessment and underwriting
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial models are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct research and analysis of sectors, markets, and real estate trends
  • Provide data-driven insights supporting underwriting assumptions
  • Prepare comprehensive investment committee papers
  • Lead transaction due diligence, including legal, tax, and coordination of external consultants and advisors
  • Coordinate transaction documentation and secure funding within required timelines
  • Update investment models, tracking performance at asset and venture levels
  • Develop financial analysis, reports, and investment committee papers for capital events and investment decisions
  • Oversee annual fund budgets and portfolio modeling
  • Prepare and verify marketing materials for capital raising initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Self-motivated, resourceful team player with ability to resolve issues independently
  • Result-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate diverse stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of valuations
