Director of Site Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic growth and development in our national portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing leasing functions across multiple sites, negotiating new leases, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive site acquisition and portfolio optimization. With over 15 years' experience in retail or commercial leasing, you will have a proven track record of success in strategic lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and network planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the leasing function across a national portfolio
  • Negotiate new leases, renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, and terminations
  • Drive site acquisition and portfolio optimization
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, legal counsel, and property stakeholders
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape network strategy
Requirements:
  • 15+ years' experience in retail or commercial leasing
  • Demonstrated success in strategic lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and network planning
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Extensive networks and relationships with landlords and developers
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
