Job Summary:

This role involves supporting the delivery of projects within a Portfolio Delivery department by working closely with stakeholders to plan, create, and manage project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project in collaboration with Program Managers.
  • Integrate multiple schedules into a master schedule, establish baselines, and monitor performance against them.
  • Create and maintain schedule reports such as Gantt charts and milestone charts to support critical path analysis, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Delivery managers to ensure consistent scheduling approaches for accurate project execution and reporting.
  • Estimate schedules by eliciting input from stakeholders to capture work estimates, actuals, and remaining work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Scheduler or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transformation program schedules.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
