The key responsibilities of this position include:
• Conducting motivational interviews to support an individual's integration back into life
• Supporting psychosocial re-engagement
• Providing a holistic approach to return-to-work
• Facilitating discussions between workers and employers to repair and rebuild workplace relationships
• Developing confidence in clients to help regain existing or find new employment
