Role Overview

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will support individuals in their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and return to work through a client-centred approach focused on health, well-being, and practical outcomes.

The role involves managing a varied caseload, including Workers' Compensation, Workplace Health & Safety, and discipline-specific clinical assessments and interventions.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be actively involved in every stage of recovery from vocational and initial needs assessments to worksite visits, counselling, interventions, and well-being programs.

You will collaborate with local employers, medical professionals, and fellow allied health providers to ensure clients feel supported at every step.

Using your clinical expertise, you will identify barriers, document clear case notes, and guide clients toward sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, workplaces, and stakeholders alike—will be at the heart of your role.
