About the Role
The Workplace Services Coordinator is a key member of our Perth Workplace team responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of the access control and CCTV system, including management of security passes for staff and contractors.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service face to face whilst at the Workplace Concierge Desk.
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of office supplies, equipment and invoicing processing.
- Coordinate, schedule and track planned preventative maintenance program and ad hoc works.
- Maintain KPMG's cleaning standards across the base build and tenant cleaning scope through regular iteration with cleaning contractor.
- Play a key role in keeping the workplace safe and compliant by carrying out OH&S inspections/audits and coordinating the emergency warden and First aid teams.
- Work closely with our Corporate Hospitality and Digital Collaboration teams in providing an exceptional experience for our internal and external clients.
- Collect, open, sort, deliver incoming mail and courier items.
- Assist with digital printing jobs requested by the business.
- Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
About You
- Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the commercial facilities environment (soft services).
- A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.
- Experience in professional services will be highly advantageous.
