We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our organisation that empowers millions of consumers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses worldwide.
This role will focus on managing and growing relationships with digital marketing and eCommerce agency partners. You will be responsible for driving joint go-to-market initiatives, improving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit new digital marketing agencies into the partner program
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners as their primary point of contact
- Develop joint strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth
- Build effective relationships to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
- Collaborate on new service offerings and enablement programs
- Deliver partner training and sales enablement materials
- Analyse partner performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within SaaS, Martech, or eCommerce
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to generate insights from data
- Passion for driving partner engagement and SMB growth
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or SMB service providers
- Familiarity with Martech, eCommerce, and digital ecosystems
- Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones
- A dynamic office culture with plenty of events and celebrations
