
Infrastructure Project Coordinator

This is a challenging role that requires strong project planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans and schedules, facilitating their implementation, monitoring progress and delivery, and reporting on progress. They will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely progress of works at site is uploaded in FGJV systems, collaborating in the continual development and update of internal and contractual programmes in P6 including dates, progress, resources, and compiling, analysing and processing 6 Week Look Ahead, 90 Day Look Ahead and similar schedules.
Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing weekly dashboards, developing forecasts and modelling of what-if scenarios, participating and contributing to the LEAN planning process, collaborating in the development of time impact analysis/delay analysis, providing support to reporting team by updating required documents when requested, developing progress reports showing actual against planned, and interfacing the schedule with project budget.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or similar Tertiary Qualification related to the development of infrastructure projects, with at least 8 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role. They should also have experience working on large-scale construction projects or other similar project works, as well as strong knowledge of Autodesk Autocad, Oracle P6 software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
