We are seeking an accomplished professional to take on the challenge of leading the Heavy Rail Corridor asset class. As a seasoned Senior Manager, you will be responsible for strategic management and long-term custodianship across this complex corridor environment.
About the RoleThis leadership position will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering asset management plans that enhance safety, sustainability, and operational resilience. You will oversee corridor performance and geotechnical and civil risks within Transport frameworks.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve strategic asset management and investment plans to ensure the corridor remains fit-for-purpose and future-ready.
- Prioritize corridor maintenance and upgrade projects to align with broader transport priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaborative decision-making and effective problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic asset management, preferably within heavy rail or a similar infrastructure sector, with strong leadership skills and ability to influence at a senior level.
