This is a senior leadership role that will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering long-term asset custodianship across diverse and complex corridors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversight of the accuracy, compliance, and currency of asset registers for heavy rail corridor assets.">
  • Preparation and support of evidence-based business cases, reports, and recommendations through rigorous data analysis, risk assessment, cost evaluation, and stakeholder consultation.">
  • Leadership of the creation and implementation of long-term strategic asset and services plans (TAM SASP) and asset and services plans (TAM ASP) for the heavy rail corridor.">
  • Technical assurance across safety, environmental compliance, maintenance delivery, and operational effectiveness to ensure high performance and network resilience.">
  • Identification and evaluation of opportunities for asset acquisition, sustainment, renewal, or divestment.">

About You:

This role requires extensive experience in strategic asset management, preferably within heavy rail or similar infrastructure sectors. Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at a senior level within large, complex organisations are also required.
