The focus of the Clinical Manager role lies on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring clinical governance and compliance targets are met.

This includes supporting innovation and quality improvement initiatives, as well as evidence-based outcomes for individuals accessing our services.

Requirements include Full AHPRA registration or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, along with expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, high developed communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with individuals and establish relationships with staff and stakeholders.
