As a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe workplace and driving site initiatives for continuous improvement in SHE performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the factory's SHE strategy and program, developing SHE objectives that align with market and corporate goals.
  • Monitor and communicate on performance to inform decision-making regarding SHE and integrate it into business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to company principles, policies, and SHE requirements.
  • Comply with SHE-related legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a local network of stakeholders, including authorities and other factories.
  • Support the implementation, control, maintenance, and improvement of the factory SHE management systems.
  • Collaborate with the SHE Manager and Line Managers to achieve the factory's SHE objectives.

Skill Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
  • Preferred completion of 5-day WHS Representative course.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a factory operations role, preferably in a safety role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
