Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will drive our health and safety culture, ensure compliance with local legislative obligations and continuously improve our occupational health and safety landscape.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the health and safety function at the site, including supervision of staff to ensure delivery of objectives.
- Proactively engage in collaborative health and safety projects across the site.
- Provide authoritative advice and guidance on health & safety matters to all stakeholders within designated area of responsibility.
- Develop and implement local site health and safety procedures and processes to meet global standards.
- At least 3 years of increasing responsibilities in health and safety or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
