Work Health Specialist

Job Description:

The Work Health Specialist will provide professional work health and safety advice, support, coaching, and guidance to businesses. This diverse role will involve providing timely health, safety, and wellbeing advice, acting as a committee member and technical advisor, engaging with leaders and managers, and keeping the group abreast of relevant WHS legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and timely health, safety, and wellbeing advice as required
  • Act as a committee member and technical advisor on the Board WHS Committee
  • Engage and consult with leaders and managers to drive improvements in health and safety and ensure all legislative requirements are met
  • Keep the group abreast of relevant WHS legislative changes
  • Identify and ensure adequate training in WHS related matters
  • Provide WHS training as required
