Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Description:

This is a fixed term opportunity to lead the direction for long-term recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment practices, implement technology solutions, and create pipelines for hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment within Australia, regionally across Australia, and across the Pacific and Timor-Leste
  • Improve in-country recruitment practices and provide guidance on best practice recruitment
  • Implement innovative technology solutions to source top talent

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualification in Human Resources or AHRI level qualifications/certification and strong work experience managing a recruitment function and leading staff.
