Job Summary

    • Align workforce planning with business strategy and market trends.
    • Activate our Employer Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Development & Growth:
