This is a 12-month max term role based in Sydney and Melbourne.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing talent acquisition activities for a wide range of roles, including actuarial, data, insurance product, digital, and senior leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders across various brands to provide strategic advice on recruitment.
- Drive skills-based hiring and lead the implementation of cutting-edge technology to enhance the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on skills-based hiring and innovative sourcing techniques. They will be comfortable working in a flexible environment and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
