Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to process orders and resolve any issues that may arise. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, processing customer orders and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, and advising relevant staff/departments of any specific customer requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Process customer orders and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and respond to customer needs and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
