As a seasoned expert in Employee Relations, you will manage complex cases, provide guidance to leaders, and drive best practices across the business.
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including grievances, workplace investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Litigate employment claims up to the conciliation stage, including unfair dismissal and general protections cases.
- Provide coaching to leaders on performance and conduct issues, including termination procedures.
- Support the management of employees on long-term sick leave.
- Act as a point of escalation for advisors and senior advisors, offering guidance and oversight.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on ER projects, such as policy reviews, case process improvements, and leadership training delivery.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our team to resolve complex Employee Relations cases, providing expert guidance to leaders, and driving best practices across the business.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end employee relations cases, including grievances, workplace investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
You will also be responsible for litigating employment claims up to the conciliation stage, including unfair dismissal and general protections cases.
In addition, you will provide coaching to leaders on performance and conduct issues, including termination procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to communicate effectively with leaders and employees at all levels.
