Senior Labour Relations Expert

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in industrial relations, employee relations, and legal affairs. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field and be able to provide timely professional advice on the interpretation and application of industrial and other relevant legislation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the key Industrial Relations lead for all IR/ER Matters across various organizations.
- Review and maintain the relevant framework in collaboration with HR leaders.
- Provide regular updates/briefings to stakeholders on any key legislative changes.
- Present and engage in disciplinary committee matters, where required.
- Empower and support HR teams to achieve their goals and service targets surrounding ER/IR matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Legal or similar fields.
- Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or equivalent role.
- Detailed knowledge of current employment legislation, keeping up to date with emerging issues and changes.
- Experience in implementing and/or maintaining IR framework.
- Experience in negotiating employment contracts across complex business structures.

$160,000 to $175,000 + super, Sydney, Hybrid working - 3 office, 2 home.
