Change Manager, AVP Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to understand their evolving objectives and drive the lifecycle of change initiatives from initial requirements assessment through successful implementation and post-launch support.

Your experience in front/middle office services, analytical mindset, and comprehensive knowledge of system and data flows will be crucial in translating complex client requirements into practical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, and foster strong client relationships to ensure seamless delivery of State Street Alpha services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret client requirements, orchestrate solution design and delivery, and conduct thorough impact assessments.
  • Drive end-to-end operational change projects from scoping to implementation, go-live, and post-launch optimization.
  • Engage directly with external stakeholders to understand business goals, operational challenges, and evolving priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to share innovative approaches, establish best practices, and enhance team capabilities for client projects.
